Colonial Cafe has created the Colonial Cares Benefit Night fundraising program that is designed to unite families, friends, neighbors, students and facutly for a night out that includes a tasty family dinner and our legendary ice cream desserts. Together with Colonial Cafe, your organization has the power to raise hundreds of dollars this fundraising season!
Here's how it works:
Colonial Cafe will dedicate one night each week to an individual organization. We will collect guest receipts between the hours of 4:30 p.m. and close from all customers who mention that they are with your organization while paying at the register. At the end of the night, we will tally the total sales and donate up to 20% back to the designated organization. It's that simple!
Your organization is responsible for promoting and advertising the event (via bulletins, calendars, announcements, other local events, PTO meetings and local media and/ or emails). The more customers dining at Colonial Cafe on your behalf, means more money for your organization!
Colonial Cafe has designated all Tuesday nights for this program. You can run this campaign as often as once a month or as little as once a year, depending on our needs and resources. The Colonial Cares Benefit Nights program has already helped raise thousands of dollars in support of our neighborhood organizations.
